Aufgaben:

  • Erstellung der Ausgangsrechnungen und Mahnungen
  • Buchhalterische Aufgaben (Buchung der Eingangsrechnungen, Erstellen der monatlichen belgischen & luxemburgischen MwSt.-Erklärung, Zahlen von Rechnungen & Steuern, etc.)
  • Administrative und logistische Unterstützung der Direktion

 

Profil:

  • 10 Jahre Berufserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Funktion
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Französischkenntnisse (in Wort und Schrift)
  • Sicherer Umgang mit den MS-Office-Produkten (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Sehr strukturiere Arbeitsweise und hohes Maß an Diskretion
  • Stark ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeiten, Durchsetzungsvermögen und ein effizientes Selbstmanagement
