In 2021, after having gained a number of years' experience in the field of Human Resources – working in a wide variety of companies and organisations – Benedikt Heinen decided to go it alone and founded ConfiaRH.

As a specialist in the field of recruitment and the administration of INFPC co-funding applications for companies based in Luxembourg, ConfiaRH is an expert partner when it comes to hiring new staff and can guide and support you through both the recruitment process and drawing up your INFPC applications.

We have more than 10 years' experience in personnel management and our in-depth knowledge of the job market means that we not only have a high level of expertise in the field of Human Resources, but also the enormous advantage of being multilingual. We are able to communicate at a professional level in French, German, Luxembourgish and English, and this is an integral part of the services we offer.

Benedikt Heinen

After completing my Master's degree in Human Resources Management at the Université Libre de Bruxelles in 2011, I decided to specialise in the fields of recruitment and continuing professional development in Luxembourg.

I spent a number of years gaining professional experience in the Finance sector, and then switched to the social and healthcare sector. The multicultural and multilingual working environments that I found myself in allowed me to improve my language skills in French, German, Luxembourgish and English.

In 2021, I decided to follow my calling and devote all my energies into setting up and running my own company, ConfiaRH.

Guillaume Lecomte - About

Guillaume Lecomte

After graduating with a Bachelor's degree in Marketing from the "EPHEC" business school in Brussels and gaining initial experience in the communications field, I completed a Master's degree in Human Resources Management at the HR Academy Luxembourg.

After 6 years of professional experience in the HR department of the Luxembourg Red Cross as an intern, junior HR Business Partner and Recruitment & Employer branding Expert, I decided to join ConfiaRH in January 2024 to take on new challenges in the HR field.

My experiences as a student, professional and sportsman in Luxembourg and abroad have largely contributed to my personality, which is focused on team spirit and human values.

Ellen Maraite - About

Ellen Maraite

After completing my bachelor's degree in insurance, I worked for over ten years for large Luxembourg insurance companies in the B2B sector and then gained valuable experience working for a Belgian insurance broker. During this time, I was able to improve my professional knowledge, use my language skills and develop my social skills.

In 2023, I then decided to work together with my husband Benedikt and thus strengthen the ConfiaRH team. Here I take care of the administration of the INFPC co-financing applications, support the team with back-office activities in the area of recruitment and coordinate the entire administration/accounting/marketing of the company.
