The government of Luxembourg offers financial support for the continuing professional training of staff to private companies that have their registered offices in Luxembourg. Companies can apply for this support from the "Institut National pour le développement de la Formation Professionnelle Continue“ (INFPC).

The state's contribution amounts to 15% of the costs that are invested in the professional training of employees each year. For certain categories of employee, this figure increases to 20% of the cost of wages.
